E&M Services, LLC ("we", "us") provides Sales Commission Control. For the personal data described below, we act as the data controller: we decide why and how it is processed. This page is maintained by E&M Services, LLC and explains what we collect and why.

Personal data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, login credentials, role and organization membership. Used to create and secure your account and to provide the Service (legal basis: performance of a contract).
• Business records you enter — customer names and contact details, invoices, collections, items, and commission records. Used to provide the Service (performance of a contract).
• Support messages — the content of emails or requests you send us. Used to answer you (legitimate interests).
• Usage and technical data — device identifiers, IP address, browser data, and application logs. Used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and improving the product (legitimate interests).
• Billing identifiers — subscription status and plan. Payment card data is collected and processed by Paddle, not by us (legal obligation and performance of a contract).

Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, and support tooling, acting on our instructions.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account and business records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your workspace data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. International transfers

We and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, and row-level database security so each organization only sees its own records.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your selected organization. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though sign-in will not work without the essential ones.
