This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Sales Commission Control, provided by E&M Services, LLC.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us at commerce.emservices@gmail.com and we will help you through the process.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for renewal charges follow the same 30-day window from the renewal date.
