Billing questions, answered
- How does the seat pricing work?
- Each plan includes a number of user seats. Additional users are $4.99 per user per month, added automatically when an administrator invites someone beyond the included seats. Deactivating a user frees the seat again.
- Which plan should I choose?
- Choose Single Organization if you run one company. Choose Enterprise if you manage the books for several companies and want to switch between them from the same login — each organization is billed at its own monthly rate.
- Is there a trial?
- Yes. New workspaces start on a 90-day free trial so you can import sales, register collections and produce a commission statement before you are charged.
- How am I billed?
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles invoicing, tax and payment methods.
- Can I cancel or get a refund?
- You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy for details.
- Do prices include tax?
- Prices are shown in US dollars excluding any applicable sales tax or VAT. Paddle calculates and adds the tax required for your location at checkout.
